      Last Will and Testament of I.B.H. Wall.
      Dated April 6th 1876

      Item 3rd. I will that all the expenses of my last illness including expenses for medical attendance and nurse hire and other necessary expenses be paid secondly out of my estate. I will that should there be any mortgages or liens either judgement liens or otherwise on any of my property real or personal, that the same be paid thirdly out of my estate. I will that all of my other just debts be paid out of my estate and should there not be sufficient to pay the same in full, that the same be paid in equal and just proportions. It is my purpose to give in lifetime to such of my children as may be married at this time, all the property which I will them, to receive out of my estate. I therefore will no part of my property to other of my beloved children, Isaac Hillman Wall, Joseph Riley Wall and Leanah Elizabeth Conatser. It is my purpose that should any of my other children marry in my lifetime, to give to such as many, all the property which I will to them, to receive out of my estate at the time of their marriage. I therefore will no part of my property to either of my children who may marry in my lifetime. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Martha Elmira Wall and such of my beloved children, that is to say my beloved Cinthia Ann, Nancy Jane, Mary Savanah, Letitia Frances, Berry Newton, Dora Josepine, Martha Johine and Solomon Robert as may be married and living at the time of my decease, all of my estate real and personal of which I may die seized, subject to provisions one to five inclusive, of this my Will and Testament. It is my will that my wife and such of my children as may be alive and unmarried at the time of my decease shall share equally in all of my estate real and personal. If I shall survive my wife, it is my desire and in that case, I will and bequeath all of my estate, real and personal, to such of my children as may be alive and unmarried at the time of my decease, the same to be equally divided among them. I do hereby appoint my beloved wife Martha Elmira Wall sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament and in case I should survive my wife, I then appoint my beloved son Joseph Riley Wall sole executor.

      Witnesses, A.A. Stell, E.J. Wesson (and) O.D. East. July 12th A.D. 1880.

      Before the undersigned Circuit Court (Clerk) &c. appeared A.A. Stell and E.J. Wesson to me well known, who being first duly sworn, depose and say &c., that they saw said I.B.H. Wall sign his name to the end of the paper writing and at the same time heard him declare the same to be his last Will &c., that they, with O.D. East, signed said instrument &c. in his presence and in the presence of each other, and that at the time of signing said paper writing, the said I.B.H. Wall was of sound and disposing mind.

      Sworn to and subscribed before me this 4th day of April A.D. 1881. W.B. Thomasson, Clerk.

      He appeared as head of household in the census enumerated 1880 at Pike County, AR. Information was found on Missouri Township, Dwelling 91. He is shown to be born abt 1819.         Know all men by these presents:

        That we M. E. Wall, I. H. Wall and Lula Wall his wife and J. R. Wall and Eliza Wall his wife and N. B. Wall and Minnie Wall his wife, R. A. Wall, and M. J. Wall his wife and Berry Wood and Fannie Lewallen and Lizzie Conatser and Nancy Myers and Sidney Moon, and Milburn Moon and Varner Doss and Dora Jacks and Johnie Dossey being all the surviving heirs of the late Berry I. Wall, deceased, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to us in hand paid by S. L. Blakely the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said S. L. Blakely and unto his heirs and assigns forever the following lands lying in the County of Pike and State of Arkansas to-wit:

        All of the W½ of the SW¼ of section 24 Township 8-[9], r. 24 west except nine acres sold to Miller Bros and about 3 acres of the A.S.W.R.R. Right of way and one half acre reserved for Grave yard.

        To have and to hold the same unto the said S. L. Blakely and unto his heirs and assigns forever with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging.

        And we hereby covenant with the said S. L. Blakely that we will forever warrant and defend the title to the said lands, against all lawful claims whatever.

        And we Lula Wall and Eliza Wall, Minnie Wall, M. J. Wall wives of I. H. Wall, J. R. Wall, N. B. Wall & R. S. Wall for and in consideration of said sum of money do hereby release and relinquish unto the said S. L. Blakely all of our rights of Dower and homestead in to said lands.

        And on the same day also voluntarily appeared Lurah Wall, Minnie Wall and M. J. Wall wives of I. H. Wall, N. B. Wall and R. S. Wall to me well known and in the absence of their husbands declared that they had of their own free will executed said deed and signed and sealed the relinquishment, Dower and homestead in said Deed for the considerations and purposes therein contained and set forth without compulsion or undue influence of their siad husbands.

               Isaac Hillman C. Wall was born on August 17, 1849 at De Kalb County, AL. He was the son of Isaac Berry Hillman Walls and Martha Elmira Brown. Isaac Hillman C. Wall married Lurah Aldwilda (or Alwilda) Dickson, daughter of Leroy Allen Dickson and Mary Agness White, on December 1, 1867 at Pike County, AR. Isaac Hillman C. Wall died on July 11, 1924 at Delight, Pike County, AR, at age 74. "I.H. Wall Dead - I.H. Wall, age 76 years died at his home 5-miles north west of Delight last Friday afternoon (July 11, 1924) after a short illness. Funeral services were conducted here (Delight) Saturday by Eld. N.J. Reese of Center Point. The body was buried in the Antioch cemetery here." Pike County Tribune, Volume 8, Number 6, July 18, 1924, page 1, column 2. He was buried at Delight Cemetery, Delight, Pike County, AR.

The following obituary was published in Pike County Tribune, Volume 17, Number 14, page 1, column 2, Pike County, AR, on May 20, 1938:
                                                                                         E.J. Wood, 82, of Shawmut died at his home Wednesday night of last week (May 11, 1938). Although he had been in ill health for several years he became seriously ill and died almost suddenly.
                                                                                         Besides his widow he is survived by five children, W.B. of Antoine, Mrs. J.L. Avery of Shawmut, Edgar of Wagner, Oklahoma, Archie of El Dorado and Mrs. Nano Lee of Elliott, Arkansas.
                                                                                         Funeral services were conducted at Shawmut Thursday by Eld. J.A. Copeland of this place (Delight). Burial was in the Wood cemetery near Shawmut.
