Will Book A page 113. Last Will and Testament of William J. White. Dated May 
11th 1870. "Ist. To my beloved nephew Millard Moorehead Mauney I give and    
bequeath the following described real estate to wit: all that part of the    
East half (1/2) of Section No. Twenty (20) which lies West of Prairie Creek  
in Township No. Eight (8) South of Range Twenty-five (25) West, to have and  
to hold the same to the said Millard M. Mauney, his heirs and assigns,       
forever but upon the following condition, to wit: that the said Millard M.   
Mauney shall upon his arriving at the age of Twenty one years or in case of  
his death before that time, his heirs shall make and execute to Roxanna      
Mauney a good and sufficient deed of quit claim to his interest in the       
following described real estate situate in Pike County, Arkansas to wit: the 
West half (1/2) of the South West quarter (1/4) of Section Twenty-one (21)   
Township (8) South of Range twenty-five West and upon the further conditions 
that if the said Millard M. Mauney should die without leaving any heirs of   
his body, then and in that case, the said lands hereby given and bequeathed  
to him shall descend to Roxanna Mauney and to the heirs of her body. 2nd. To 
my beloved neice Roxanna Mauney I hereby give and bequeath the following     
described real estate situate in said County and State, to wit: that part of 
the East half (1/2) of Section Twenty (20) lying East of Praire Creek in     
Township No. Eight (8) South of Range No. twenty-five (25) West, also the    
West half (1/2) of the North West quarter (1/4) of Section (No.) Twenty-one  
(21) in Township No. Eight (8) South of Range No. Twenty-five (25) West, to  
have and to hold the same to the said Roxanna Mauney and the heirs of her    
body upon the following conditions, to wit: the said Roxanna Mauney shall    
have the free full and sole use to occupy, use, or rent said lands and shall 
have the entire control of the same form the time of her arriving at the age 
of eighteen years, so long as she may live and in the case of the said       
marriage of the said Roxanna at any time before or after her coming into the 
possession of said lands, shall hold the same free from any and all acts or  
incumbrances to be done or suffered by her husband or any other person and   
entirely free from the control of her husband and upon the further           
conditions that in case the said Roxanna should die leaving no right(ful)    
heirs of her body, then the said lands shall descend to Millard Morehead     
Mauney and the heirs of his body in fee simple. 7th. I hereby appoint and    
commission my respected and trusted friends William B. Gould and Pleasant    
White to be executors of this my last Will and Testament" &c. Etc.           
Witnesses, Wesley Hoover (and) A.D. Meeks. October 25th 1884. Before the     
undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court etc. personally came A.D. Meeks who   
being duly sworn &c. deposes and says, that he was present at the &c. and    
saw the said William J. White sign and subscribe his name to the annexed and 
foregoing paper writing and at the time herd him say and declare the said    
paper writing was his last Will and Testament and that he (deponent)         
subscribed said Will as a witness at the request of the said (William J.)    
White in his presence and in the presence of Wesley Hoover the other         
subscribing witness, and in the presence of J.H. Lathrop the Attorney who    
wrote the Will and that Wesley Hoover signed the same in his presence and    
that said William J. White at the time of signing said instrument was of     
sound mind and disposing memory &c. Sworn to &c. October 25, 1884. W.B.      
Thomasson, Clerk &c. October 27th 1884. Before the Clerk of &c. came Owen B. 
Owens and W.J. Jackson who being first duly sworn says, that they were       
acquainted with the handwriting of William J. White now deceased, that they  
believe that his name as subscribed to the forgoing Will is his genuine      
signature and that he subscribed his name thereto. Subscribed and sworn to   
before me etc. W.B. Thomasson, Clerk.
