Will Book A page 109. Last Will and Testament of R.C. McMillan. Dated July   
22, 1884. "1st. I hereby constitute and appoint L.L. Forester to be the sole 
executor of my last Will, directing said executor to pay all my just debts   
and personal expenses and legacies as hereinafter given out of my estate.    
2nd. After the payment of my said debts and funeral expenses I give to (my)  
brother John F. McMillan one bay horse now in his possession or the note     
that I hold against him for the horse being sixty-five dollars. I also give  
to each of my brothers and sisters, Anguysh McMillian, Jannie (Jennie) Ann   
Henthorn (and) Elizabeth Jane Baker, the sum of five dollars to be paid out  
of the first money that is collected. Also, I give to Amanda A. White my     
sister, five dollars. 3rd. I give all of the remainder of my real and        
personal property to my eldest sister Sarah Margaret Forester for various    
reasons, the principle being, that she has waited upon me and taken care of  
me for several years and during my present illness. 4th. I also authorize    
L.L. Forester, my executor, to make a deed of my town property at Rock Creek 
in Pike County, State of Arkansas to D.S.P. Black who has paid me two        
hundred and fifty dollars for said town Lot." Witnesses, Frank Lee (and)     
W.W. Carson. August 18th 1884. Before the Clerk of the Circuit Court, etc.   
came Frank Lee and W.W. Carson to me known, who being by me duly sworn,      
deposes and say, that we saw said R.C. McMillan sign his name to the annexed 
and foregoing paper, etc. and at the same time heard him say and declare the
said paper writing was his last Will and Testament, that they subscribed     
said Will as witnesses at the request of the said (R.C.) McMillan &c. and in 
his presence and in the presence of each other, that at the time of signing  
the said instrument, etc. the said R.C. McMillan was of sound and disposing  
mind and memory &c. Sworn to &c. August 18th 1884. W.B. Thomasson, Clerk.
