Will Book A page 103. Last Will and Testament of I.B.H. Wall. Dated April
6th 1876. "Item 3rd. I will that all the expenses of my last illness
including expenses for medical attendance and nurse hire and other necessary
expenses be paid secondly out of my estate. I will that should there be any
mortgages or liens either judgement liens or otherwise on any of my property
real or personal, that the same be paid thirdly out of my estate. I will
that all of my other just debts be paid out of my estate and should there
not be sufficient to pay the same in full, that the same be paid in equal
and just proportions. It is my purpose to give in lifetime to such of my
children as may be married at this time, all the property which I will
them, to receive out of my estate. I therefore will no part of my property
to other of my beloved children, Isaac Hillman Wall, Joseph Riley Wall and
Leanah Elizabeth Conatser. It is my purpose that should any of my other
children marry in my lifetime, to give to such as many, all the property
which I will to them, to receive out of my estate at the time of their
marriage. I therefore will no part of my property to either of my children
who may marry in my lifetime. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Martha
Elmira Wall and such of my beloved children, that is to say my beloved
Cinthia Ann, Nancy Jane, Mary Savanah, Letitia Frances, Berry Newton, Dora
Josepine, Martha Johine and Solomon Robert as may be married and living at
the time of my decease, all of my estate real and personal of which I may
die seized, subject to provisions one to five inclusive, of this my Will
and Testament. It is my will that my wife and such of my children as may be
alive and unmarried at the time of my decease shall share equally in all of
my estate real and personal. If I shall survive my wife, it is my desire and
in that case, I will and bequeath all of my estate, real and personal, to
such of my children as may be alive and unmarried at the time of my decease,
the same to be equally divided among them. I do hereby appoint my beloved
wife Martha Elmira Wall sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament
and in case I should survive my wife, I then appoint my beloved son Joseph
Riley Wall sole executor. Witnesses, A.A. Stell, E.J. Wesson (and) O.D.

sworn, depose and say &c., that they saw said I.B.H. Wall sign his name to
the end of the paper writing and at the same time heard him declare the same
to be his last Will &c., that they, with O.D. East, signed said instrument
&c. in his presence and in the presence of each other, and that at the time
of signing said paper writing, the said I.B.H. Wall was of sound and
disposing mind. Sworn to and subscribed before me this 4th day of April A.D.
