Pike County, Arkansas and recorded in Abstract of Title Book Prior to 1890

Will Book A page 70. Last Will and Testament of Isham P. Latimer of Pike     
County, Arkansas. Dated February 1st 1873. "First, I hereby constitute and   
appoint my wife Margarur my Executrix and Charles my son as my Executor to   
this my last Will, directing my said Executrix & Executor all my just debts  
and funeral expenses and the legacies hereinafter given out of my estate.    
Second. He gives &c. certain personal property to is son Samuel and          
daughter Isabell. Third, "and for the payment of said legacies, I give and   
devise to my said Executrix all the personal estate owned by me at my death  
and so much of my real estate as when sold by order of the Court of Probate  
will be sufficient in addition to the said personal estate herein given (to) 
pay the said legacies. Fourth, I give to my wife & Executrix all my          
household wearing apparel for her sole use. Fifth, I devise to my said       
Execut(rix) all the rest and residue of my real estate so long as she shall  
remain unmarried and my widow, with the remainder thereof in her decease or  
marriage, to my said children and their heirs respectively, share and share  
alike." Witnesses, Wm. M. Tate, Wm. P. Williams (and) S.W. Henry. Recorded   
February 13th 1873. Hiram P. Howard, Clerk. No seal affixed.
