Will Book A page 67. Last Will and Testament of Anthony Floyd of Pike        
County, Arkansas. Dated September 7th 1871. "First, I give and bequeath unto 
my beloved wife Mariah H. Floyd the following described lot or parcel of     
land lying and being in the County of Pike and State of Arkansas bounded     
as follows, viz: on the east by the land formerly owned by J.G. Reese but    
now owned by W.M. Reese and Wm. Allen on the south by Mrs. Holt's land, on   
the west by Mine Creek and on the North by the big road, containing one      
hundred and twenty acres more or less, to have and to hold during her        
natural life or in case of her second marriage, she is to have one third of  
the above described land with all the appertenances thereunto belonging, and 
furthermore in case of her (my wife's Mariah H. Floyd) second marriage, it   
is my will that my two sons David S. Floyd and Anthony R. Floyd, their heirs 
or assigns, shall have the remaining two-thirds of the above described       
land, and at her death, the remaining third is also to be equally divided    
between my two sons David S. Floyd and Anthony R. Floyd, their heirs or      
assigns." He then disposes of his personal estate "and the remainder if      
there is any, be equally divided among the three, Mariah H. Floyd my wife    
and David S. Floyd and Anthony R. Floyd my two sons, their heirs or assigns  
whom I hereby appoint sole executors of this my last Will and Testament      
hereby revoking all former Wills by me made." In witness &c. &c.             
Witnesses, W.W. Crawford (and) Pleasant White. November 2nd 1871. Before the 
Clerk of Pike County, Arkansas came William W. Crawford and Pleasant White   
the subscribing witnesses to said instrument of writing, who being duly      
sworn depose and say, that the annexed instrument &c. was signed by said     
Anthony Floyd in their presence and that they signed the same at his request 
and in his presence and in the presence of each other, that he declared the  
same to be his last Will and Testament and that they believe the said        
Anthony Floyd to have been in his right mind at the time of signing the      
same. That his last place of residence was in Pike County, Arkansas. Signed  
by Hiram P. Howard, Clerk &c. No seal affixed.
