I looked in the 1850, 1860 and 1870 Pike County AR Census
information and found nothing I could connect to the names you
mentioned. I also searched the book "Corinth and its Kinfolks" by
S.B. Reese and found no reference to the BASKET name. However,
there are several mentions of the MURRAY name. (See the web site
below for an online copy of the book). I also searched the sequel
"Corinth Revisited by its Kinfolks, 1977" by Lucille Westbrook
and found the following entries in the Old Corinth Cemetery
     census:

     GARRISON, Johnathon H.

That is all the information I found but given that the book is
not indexed it is possible that I missed some references. I hope
     the information is useful.

                         Surname: Boothe, McDaniel

I am looking for the parents of Alabama J. McDaniel b. 1871 who
married James Daniel Boothe in Pike co. in 1892. James D. was b.
in 1864. By 1904 Alabama and James were in Anderson co. TX. I
have been unable to locate the parents of either James Daniel
Boothe or Alabama McDaniel. Also have been unable to find them in
Pike co. in 1900. On the 1900 census for Pike co. there was a
James McDaniel that we feel is closely connected to our Alabama
McDANIEL Boothe. James McDaniel had twin sons b. 1896 named Claud
and Clyde McDANIEL. Alabama and James Boothe also named twin
sons, b. in TX 1904, Claud and Clyde BOOTHE. Thanks for any help
     you can give.

Burns Williamson, b 1795, and who died August 1882 at Rock Creek,
in Pike County, Arkansas, according to the Williamson family

Algernon Williamson, and wife Martha (Mattie), and their family.

Any information about her would be appreciated, as I have not
been able to find much of anything about her, or where
she would have been buried. Any ideas exactly where "Rock Creek"
was, and where the cemetery would be?
