The last Will and Testament of Giles Kelley, deceased was this day produced in Open Court and proved according to Law by the Oaths of William Gentry and Preston Matthews, the Subscribing witnesses, thereto, and Ordered to be recorded. And on motion, it is Ordered that letters of administration with the Will annexed on the estate of the said Giles Kelley, deceased, be granted unto Elijah Kelley upon his executing bond in the Clerk's office of the Court with William Kelley and William McFadden, as his Securities, in the Sum of One thousand dollars conditioned as the law directs, which was directed accordingly. Whereupon, the said Elijah Kelley was Sworn as the law directs.
