                To All Whom These Presents Shall Come, Greeting:             
                                                                             
Whereas on the day of the date hereof, the last Will and Testament of        
Lorenzo Closson deceased, was produced in our said Court by Nancy Closson    
the sole executrix therein named and proved according to law by Eben Closson 
and Moses Closson two of the subscribing witnesses thereto before Massask    
Janes, a Justice of the Peace within and for Lafayette County, Arkansas      
Territory, and on motion of the said Nancy Closson, letters testamentary     
were granted to her on the estate of the said Lorenzo Closson deceased.      
                                                                             
Wherefore there is hereby granted unto the said Nancy Closson executrix of   
the last Will and Testament of Lorenzo Closson deceased (she having          
qualified according to law) ample and complete power to execute the said     
last Will and Testament of Lorenzo Closson deceased, according to the true   
intent and meaning thereof, and to administer all and singular the goods,    
chattels, rights, credits, monies and effects of the said Lorenzo Closson    
deceased according to law, and make settlements of the accounts of the       
administration of said estate and the execution of the said last Will and    
Testament according to law.                                                  
                                                                             
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand as Clerk of said Court and 
affixed the seal of office this 16th day of August A.D. 1834 and of the      
independence of the United States the 59th.

Closson deceased, were this day duly recorded by me in my office on the 16th 
day of August 1834 before the same were delivered to the said executrix.

The last Will and Testament of Lorenzo Closson deceased, was this day        
produced to me in my office by Nancy Closson the executrix therein named,    
and on motion of the said Nancy Closson, letters testamentary are granted to 
her on the estate of the said Lorenzo Closson, upon her entering into bond   
with two or more securities in the penal sum of twelve hundred dollars       
conditioned as the Law directs. Whereupon she executed Bond with Francis     
Bittick and John Ballew, and thereupon the said Nancy Closson took the oath  
required by law as executrix of the last Will and Testament of Lorenzo
