August 31st 1858. In Vacation. Wesley Hoover states and represents that he has this day taken letters of administration on the estate of Cassandra Hoover who lately departed this life in Pike County, Arkansas intestate. That all the immediate heirs of said estate are of age. That there is considerable personal property &c., that the indebtedness of said estate is very little and he believes there are sufficient cash assets on hand to pay all such debts and petitioner prays For an order in vacation to sell said personal property on September 18, 1858. Petition sworn to, the prayer of the petition is granted. Probate Book 1 page 213. October Term 1858. Administrators bond for $4000 presented and approved. Probate Book B page 562. July 26th 1870.
