Trespass on the Case.
On this day came the parties by their attorneys and on motion and verbal
affidavit of the said Plaintiff for the absense of James Mansfield, Sion B.
Dickson, George Hensley, John Brewer, Isaac White and William Kelley
witnesses in this case, this case is continued until the next term of this
Court at the cost of the said plaintiff. It is therefore considered by the
Court that the said defendant have and recover of and from the said
plaintiff the costs in and about this continuance expended.
